How long will it take to receive my area rug?
Depending on the manufacturer and size/shape of the rug, it can take up to 3-4 weeks; however most rugs usually arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date the order is placed on RugBin.com. As soon as the rug is shipped, RugBin.com will provide you with a tracking number so you may monitor the package.
Are there costs for shipping?
RugBin.com does not charge shipping for orders within the Continental United States. Orders placed from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico will incur fees as described on our Shipping Information page.
What if my area rug has been damaged during delivery?
If your rug has been damaged due to shipment, please e-mail RugBin.com at info@rugbin.com. We will arrange for your rug to be picked up and shipped back to the manufacture along with arrangements for you to receive your new rug.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, RugBin.com only ships inside the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
How does my area rug come shipped?
The most common form of shipping method will be FedEX Ground; however depending on the rug manufacturer, this shipping method can change. All rugs will come rolled and wrapped in a protective sheet.
What if I don't like the rug once it arrives?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your rug upon arrival, please e-mail RugBin.com at info@rugbin.com within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. All return penalties will apply (see here).
How do I take care of sending a rug back that I have received?
In order to return a rug that you have received, you must first contact RugBin.com at info@rugbin.com to receive a return authorization number. Once this number is provided to you, RugBin.com will provide all additional information on where and how to ship your rug back.
How is shipping handled for sending a rug back?
If the reason for shipping a rug back is due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage, RugBin.com will arrange for the pickup of your rug. If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What forms of payment do you allow for purchasing an area rug?
At RugBin.com, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At this time, we do not accept checks.
Is your site secure for handling credit card information?
We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that isn't accessible from the Internet.
Is there a warranty on my area rug?
Most rugs have a one year warranty with the manufacturer. To inquire about a specific rug, please e-mail us at info@rugbin.com.
