RugBin.com offers a one year manufacturers guarantee against manufacturing defects of area rugs products. All guarantees and liabilities are that of the manufacturer and not the responsibility of RugBin.com.

If a defect in your area rug is found, please contact RugBin.com by sending an email to info@rugbin.com. We will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours.

To better assist us, please have your original order information available.

A refund or replacement at the manufactures discretion will be provided if the manufacturer determines a manufacturers' defect occurred.
